30-Day Return and Refund Policy
You may return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund if:
1. You contact us for a return material authorization (RMA) number prior to shipment to ensure proper handling of your return.
2. All returned merchandise is in its original mint and clean condition. Returns on altered, damaged, dirty, or scratched merchandise will not be accepted.
3. All returns include original factory box, original factory packing, with all instruction booklets and paperwork. We will not accept a return if packaging is not in its original condition. Products packaged in sealed blister packs (ie: Thermostat Kits) can only be returned if unopened.
4. All returns include a copy of the original receipt and instructions regarding your request for an exchange or refund of the full amount of the merchandise – whichever you prefer.
Additional Terms:
No returns will be accepted upon the expiration of the 30 day return period.
Unless the return is a result of our error, original shipping, packing, and handling charges are not refundable, and purchaser
is responsible for all return shipment costs.
If purchaser has arranged the return shipment with a carrier, any merchandise lost,
stolen or damaged in transit, is not the responsibility of EZFloorHeat.com. It is
the purchasers responsibility to file a claim with the carrier upon the
discovery of the problem.
Shipments received by E ZFloorHeat.com without a RMA number will be refused.
RMA numbers issued during the 30 day return period expire 15 days after the date of issue. Please return all materials promptly. Any materials received after the expiration of a RMA will be eligible for a store credit only.
